In this role, he will take the lead in implementing projects in the field, including developing full-scale project plans; defining project scope, goals and deliverables; and ensuring projects meet overall client expectations.

He has experience in process improvement and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He also taught advanced business management systems, budgeting, forecasting, mathematics and computer science at the University of Northwestern Ohio.
Emans holds a Master of Business Administration from Bluffton University. He is certified in ISO 9000 – Quality Manufacturing & Documentation, Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow Manufacturing Concepts and Six-Sigma Process Improvement. He is also an FAA-certified air traffic controller.
